We are pleased that the Lord has directed you to our school. Our primary goals are to immerse students in the Bible and to partner with parents in the education of their children. These documents were put together to clearly communicate our vision and to answer questions you may have.

We would be happy to take you through our school and let you observe some of the classroom settings and the teachers as they work (during the school year). Please be mindful that we need a minimum of a week to schedule a walk-through.
Admissions Process
To enroll in Cor Deo Christian Academy, please complete the application requirements below and mail it to our school office. The time to process an application is a minimum of a week.
After your application has been reviewed, we will give you a call to schedule a parent interview. Because of the close partnership we have with parents, both parents are required to be present at the meeting with our Principal, Mr. P.J. Hanson. Prior to the meeting, please write down any questions you might have.
Once we have reviewed your application and you have met with the Principal, we will notify you in writing of your acceptance. At that time you will receive a new student orientation packet and be required to pay your testing and book fees.
Again, thank you for your interest in Cor Deo. We will be praying about your family and whether this is the place for you.

New Student Enrollment Procedures
Admission Requirements:
All of the following forms and payments must be received before the application will be processed and your spot secured.
- $150 Registration fee (non-refundable) – unless not accepted
- Student Registration Application – one per student
- Family Registration Application – one per family
- Annual Tuition Option – selected
- Parent Commitment – signed
- Roles of Teachers, Parents & Students at Cor Deo – signed
- Statement of Faith – signed
- Volunteer Hours – signed
- Personal interview with school principal, both parents,and student(s) attending (student attendance is only required if enrolling in 7-12th grade)
- Complete any additional enrollment forms and agreements
The following forms and payments must be received by June 1st to keep your spot secured.
- $150 curriculum fee (non-refundable) – unless not accepted
- Provide shot records on CIS Form (available above for download)
- Copy of student’s most recent report card and achievement test scores (if available)
- Background check form for volunteering – signed
- Student medical release form – signed
